I paid ssrp money for boosterpacks but the boosters haven't came through yet

Spoke with them for like 20-25minutes about this issue, still confused but hope it gets sorted.

I changed your screenshots to confidential due to showing your person stuff. Your transaction is pending for some reason I don’t know. Do you have the money in your account.
