TOPIC: I need help with TS/Forum Applications

Although I'm around for queit some time now I never realy looked into Teamspeak/Forum meetings. I seen some outcomes before but I'm not sure how the "locked applications" work. So do you guys vote on the applications to be opened and next meeting on accepting/denying or do you do it on the same meeting? Thank you for reading this any help would be apriciated sinse I would like to apply for TS Staff and Section Mod

Teamspeak and forum staff attend the appropriate meeting on the last Sunday of the month, in these meetings the staff vote upon whether to open applications for certain ranks, in which they'll vote on the applicants of in the next meeting a week later.

They first vote on whether or not we want to open them and then there will be a follow-up meeting the week after.
