TOPIC: Items and Points Not Saving?

New to the game so I wasn't sure if this was intentional but someone told me that points shouldn't be lost when you connect to a server and when a new map loads.

I keep losing the points I got and couldn't save up to buy any of the items in the shop cause I lose my points every time there's a new map. Every time a new map loads the shop just says loading and doesn't display points I have until I get them. I also got some taunts and a skin from the calendar thing but they disappeared.

I thought you had to create an account here or something but it doesn't seem to be the case. Is this a bug or did I miss something obvious that I'm supposed to do?

I think it happens with all of them? I'm pretty sure I remember this happening on murder and prop hunt. Definitely happens on Deathrun.

Don't know why another thread has been made, I have already made one regarding the issue. Please look at this thread.

I advise everyone to post their complaints there rather, and hope the thread gains attention.

If you want to make an appeal for lost items please post here. Although sadly I have yet to see a response to my issue.
