TOPIC: help me fix this terrible lag?!

hello guys, so since tuesday ive had this massive lag problem, or morely a freeze problem, so what happens is that i load into gmod deathrun and then when im in it doesn't really lag, then when i spawn i go and for the first 5 seconds its fine, but then it suddenly starts to like freeze, meaning that all other players in the server freezes, and i can still move, then after a few seconds i unfreeze and then everyone has moved and i en up some stupid place if not dead, and yes i tried reinstalling the game, still freezes, any fixes?

Get better internet.

i have confirmed it is NOT my internet i have checked several times and it is not, thought that it might be my computer, but the thing is that yes it lags normally but not in that way with the freezing!

Put snow in router ez fix!!!
Or try flushing your dns
