My mouse confuses my computer into thinking it is a controller and then enters a line in the source console. This wasn't too big of an issue, but now I can't even start Assassin's Creed. It constantly switches between controller and mouse as you can see in the video. But when I use a regular mouse, it works just fine. Someone please help me.
EDIT: My computer see's it as a game controller as well. Is there a way to remove this?
My mouse is Mad Catz R.A.T. Pro X
I do have the driver installed and everything is set to default except my DPI profiles.
I also do not believe it is my PC because I just got a new one.

I had this issue some time ago, do you have any controller drivers installed on your computer?
If so uninstall them.
Also, try uninstalling your mouse drivers then installing them again!

I just installed the driver, I used to play without it because the software is very buggy.
Basically, it was happening without the mouse driver, I thought the mouse driver would fix it. And I don't think I have any controller drivers on my computer.

Try checking the game itself seeing the settings and whatnot.

Did you watch the video? I was using my gaming mouse and a regular one to show you. The regular mouse worked just fine, but my gaming one is registering as a controller for some reason.
