Try to upload the gif to imgur and check the share options for forums.

You would need a file-extension such as .gif, example.

im reaaaaally bad at this, i just got gyazo as spooderman said, no idea how to save a gif to it
EDIT: nvm just discovered how to

ok just did the gyazo thing, i got the link, bu i think its the same rain-nature-animated-gif-21.gif
