If the appeal isn't accepted, it's denied. There's not always a CM meeting though (although there was one this last week). What you can always do is join Teamspeak at a decent time and poke Chute/Para/Tyler and ask them for help.

Don't try to publically discuss TOU banned users on the forums.

The reason why I said reasonable time is because I know that you're from Australia. I meant a reasonable time for the CM team, who are usually on at a later time (depending on the day, though).

Also, I'd advice the user to expand on their appeal. Add more detail to it to show how apologetic they are. Sorry, I can't help very much nor can I get on Teamspeak right now.
