TOPIC: Terms of Use changes - Effective 27/02/2017

Hi ZARP,
We're updating our Terms of Use as a result of changes to our site which will be effective on 27th February 2017 midnight GMT time. The terms of use is a legal agreement which governs the relationship between you and the ZARP community that helps us to continue to make our services more secure, easy to use and better for everyone. You can view a summary of all the changes and additions below.

What's changed?
Section 3 - Legal Requirements of Members
Added - In order to protect you and all our users ZARP may send details about your account to one of our trusted third parties to verify if it is linked to known spammers or malicious computer servers.
Section 4 - Posting Content becomes Contributions
Removed - Post(s) that violate the terms listed above may be removed at moderators [sic]descretion.
Section 5
Added -
Our moderation team may delete offending contributions and account details that violate these terms of use. If you feel your post or account details were removed unfairly, please contact a site moderator for an explanation instead of re-posting.
Added -
Our moderation team may ban accounts that consistently violate these terms of use. If you feel your account was banned unfairly, please contact a site moderator for an explanation.
Added -
If your account is banned for deliberate misuse, spam or illegal activity your details may be sent to one of our trusted third parties who will manage reports to ISPs and authorities on our behalf.

What do I need to do?
Good news! Just take a quick look through our changes and if you're happy you don't have to do anything as these changes will automatically apply to you. If you don't want to accept these changes simply log-out of your account and discontinue using our service.
