TOPIC: [ALL STAFF] New ZARP Meeting!

Introduction
This meeting has been introduced by myself as a way to discuss staff related issues in an open area every Thursday at 7:00 PM to help staff members out if they have any questions. It's essentially an open conversation where everyone in the meeting can feel free to comment, in hopes to help new and current staff, give new perspectives, and improve the way we staff our servers. These are not mandatory, but there are a few differences between this meeting and the Server Related ones, i'll go over them below.

Differences
The obvious difference is you don't have to be a specific rank on one server, any staff member on any given ZARP Server can attend these. The other difference is there is no NDA, meaning anything said inside the meeting can be discussed outside of the meeting. However, you cannot take information from other meetings and discuss them here, those meetings are under a strict NDA and cannot be discussed outside of those given meetings.

What will be discussed
These new meetings every Thursday will be a chance for you to directly ask other staff questions, and help out one another. Anyone in the meeting can ask questions if they're staff related, such as:

• How to handle situations
• ZARP Staff related Queries
• Staff Issues

There are some things every meeting doesn't need, such as Drama. Anyone disrupting the meeting will be given a final verbal warning, then moved out if they continue. We want a drama free environment, for new and old staff members to discuss staff related instances or topics and ask questions.

Meeting Time
The Meeting will be every Thursday, at 7:00 PM (BST). These are not mandatory, but we hope to have a large pool of staff each week attend for a better experience all around. This is for your benefit, and an great opportunity for all staff attending. We hope to see you there!

Something I would like to be brought up in this meeting would be mainly towards the SSRP staff. Whom have no intention to help people apart from asking for proof, if you have no proof - you get back to what you were doing.
Another thing is they bring you to a roof even though you may be in a role-play / important situation.
Personally I will speak to RedPowder over steam.

As an ex staff member, I know how the reports work, but it should be changed.
