TOPIC: [SSRP] Meeting Outcome 27/09/2014

SSRP Staff Meeting
The agenda entailed discussion of where staff can go if they have concerns in light of recent events (a proactive measure to ensure that issues recently experienced by another ZARP server's staff team are not repeated)

We accepted 4 new moderators, congratulations to:

SSRP Admin Meeting
No matters discussed, no administrator applications.

SSRP Lead Team Meeting
Within the Lead Team Meeting we decided upon how to rectify and improve upon issues experienced with the F1 system, specifically the time that users would have to wait for assistance. These changes are in immediate effect, and are described here.

Additionally, it was agreed that since one user's staff application was denied on invalid grounds (because invalid warnings were removed, but the F6 logs were not changed to reflect this), we would update the F6 punishment logs to erase warnings that are removed.

As well as this, we have dismissed 7 staff members, all for inactivity. 1 controversial abuse report was denied as we deemed that the staff member reported behaved appropriately, and 1 abuse report was accepted because a staff member behaved inappropriately in a roleplay context (following up with intervention). 3 staff members are due to be followed up based on inactivity.
