SSRP Balance Change Logs

In the near future, accompanying SSRP updates, there will be a new kind of log alongside the changelogs, these balance change logs will delve into our thought process behind changes to certain items. This will hopefully establish a better connection between the community team and the community itself. I'm personally aiming to model these changelogs based off of developers explaining why they buff or nerf certain items, hopefully this widens everyone's understanding of why or how some things get changed.

Callum's Promotion to Community Manager
