Official Draw Checklist

Entries list must be queried using script
Entries list must be checked for validity of entries against the prize draw terms and conditions
Any invalid entries must be removed from the list
Check tokens from inv,bank,shops and auction house
3 Test markers must be used to check all entry counts are correct
The prize draw selection will be completely random based off a list of all entries where their name/ID will appear on that list for every time they have entered
Total entries count must be checked against initial list and prize draw selection list that will be used for selecting the winner
The prize draw selection will use 10 test markers of a 'fake' entrant with roughly 50% of entries to ensure the average times selected falls close to 50%
When this box is ticked the next prize draw selection will pick the winner. This MUST be the final draw unless the selection encounters an error, in which case the checklist must be cleared and started again
Cross check winner UID with SteamID/Forum profile
After the winner is chosen, clear this list. Remove entries from the winner and pick again for 2nd and 3rd prize winners
