Deleting/Locking posts

When forum moderators wish to delete posts or lock topics in order to help other forum mods and the original poster understand why they have done so they should always EDIT the post, or the first post, if it's an entire topic and include in quotes the reason why and their forum username.

e.g.
Always make sure your reason for locking/deleting follows the Terms of Use.

Disagreements
If you disagree with the actions of another moderator, you should contact them and explain why you think the post or topic should be unlocked or restored. If you still cannot decide which action would be best, you must raise the issue to the CM team who will make the final decision. In the case of a CM member disagreeing with an action, they will first contact you to explain why and then reverse the action.

Respecting Decisions
You should always try to respect other forum mods and consider that they may have good reasons for locking a post or wanting to unlock it for example. Don't get angry or hold grudges because someone has a different opinion than you. You must always respect the final decision of the CM team.

What to do if your post has been deleted/locked
If your post has been deleted and/or locked for any reason and you are unsure as to why or believe it was false, you should always try to first contact a member of the forum moderation team (Section Staff or Global Moderators) asking for the reason why (ensure you are respectful when doing so).

If you are still not satisfied, you should contact a member of the Community Team via Discord or the Contact Us form providing any relevant information on the situation that occurred.

We expect people to respect the decisions of our staff team and to follow the correct procedures, and those who do not do so and repost or create forum posts which are written to create trouble or drama, then these posts will be removed and bans will have to be placed.

Server Owners

Server owners are the highest-ranking people in game, they have the highest authority of their server and are tasked with running and maintaining the servers. There are very few issues that they cannot resolve.
The server owners have the following rights and powers:
• Can handle report abuses against all ranks.
• Access to all meetings relevant to their server.
• Access to the server owners meeting.
• Access to everything in game including rcon access and server options.
• Access to server files and control panel.
• Can add new content to the servers.
• Automatically assigned Forum Staff in their server's section, Server Issues/Suggestions section & Server Applications after being trained.
• Ability to do anything the previous ranks can do.

Head Administrators

The head administrators are the second highest server rank and can handle most in game situations. They work closely with both the super administrators and will assist the community team with resolving major issues within the community. Head administrators are also just like super administrators tasked with managing the staff teams on the servers.

The head administrators have the following rights and powers:
• Access to all in game commands.
• Access to a more advanced anti-cheat command.
• Can give access to all in game ranks.
• Access to assign/train all in-game ranks.
• Can give permission to administrators to train new staff under head admin supervision.
• Can train moderators, administrators, super admins and head administrators.
• Can overrule punishments given out by super admins or lower.
• Can issue emergency demotions without a vote.
• Can attend the head administrator meeting.
• Can give permission to Ex-Administrators to apply straight to admin.
• Can vote on promotions of head administrators.
• Can vote on the demotion of moderators, administrators, super admins and head administrators.
• Can vote on the promotions/demotions of all in-game ranks
• Automatically assigned Forum Staff in their server's section and Server Applications.
• Automatically assigned the Discord rank after being trained.
• Ability to do anything the previous ranks can do.

Super Administrators

The super administrator teams are tasked with managing administrators and moderators on the servers whilst still helping with in game situations. They work closely with the head administrator team and are good people to go to with any questions regarding the servers.

The super administrators have the following rights and powers:
• Access to even more advanced commands.
• Access to anti-cheat commands.
• Access to assign/train moderators and administrators
• Can give moderator and administrator access.
• Can train moderators and administrators.
• Can attend the super administrator meeting.
• Can vote on the promotion of super administrators.
• Can vote on the demotion administrators and moderators
• Can vote on changing rules.
• Ability to vote on rule changes in meetings and in the lead team channel(Same voting system as the hacking policy)
• Automatically assigned the Discord rank after being trained.
• Ability to do anything the previous ranks can do.
