The usage of the ACS forcefield or the Portal Suit portals to harm people inside an elevator is not allowed. Building or using/storing entities is also disallowed in the elevator shaft - for Trip Mines, this also includes the laser.

does this include the room where u get off the elevator at (where the forcefield usually is)
