Evocity V33X Wins

The SSRP Map Poll has now closed and the winner of the poll is Evocity V33X. Details of this map are below in case you did not get to experience it before when it was ran on SSRP Server 3 and want to check it out.

When will the new map get added?

The SSRP map will be updated this coming week on Saturday 21st January at 6PM GMT. As we speak our community map developer Clarky is working on adding basic ZARP additions and small updates to the map. In the weeks following the launch he will be working on a much bigger update based on feedback from the community on what they would like to see changed or added and further ZARP additions including the GENCORP Area and a fully custom Casino.

Future Map Rotations

As previously mentioned it is clear that the community wants to see map changes considered more often in the future and working with the SSRP Lead Team the map will be reviewed as regularly as every 2 months with further polls to come in future to give opporunity for different styles of gameplay and different environments to be explored for those who may not yet have had a chance to play them.

Evocity was previously the Server3 Map which many old players will remember and very popular during its run. Evocity has 4 major areas, including the largest; the City district includes a plentiful amount of shops, apartments, the government Nexus building , Fire dept, Nightclub, Burger King and much more. Each district is connected by easy to use roads and tunnels. There's a large suburbs area with many houses and space for building too and a connecting area which includes the EMT building. The next area includes a large car dealer building and open landscape for large building. The final district sees a number of large warehouses and factory buildings perfect for larger projects. It also has 2 different elevator bases which are the most OP spots for basing.
