Good job on owning a business at 22 and being employed, the very fact no one is "attacking" you for that seems to slipped past you. The point of a staff member is to be actively helping within the server and if you can't manage that between your business what's the point of being staff? If there is a problem with this warning you can talk with the current lead team, otherwise you and others can stop arguing on an outcome showing how childish you all really can be.
