Your new Community Manager is Nafe! He’s been a part of the ZARP Community for 9 years and we are delighted to welcome him onboard the team. We are ready, with his help to continue building and evolving our offering to you as the best community in Garry’s Mod. Be sure to send him a message of huge congratulations as he has earnt this position with hard work and dedication.
And a huge thank you to all those who applied and gave their feedback and opinions during the week. We always genuinely discuss and learn from the ideas and criticisms of each candidate even if they don't end up getting selected. Almost every candidate we accept has tried and been denied in the past multiple times before getting the role. If you were thinking of applying this time but weren’t quite confident enough yet don’t hesitate to apply next time around as even if you don’t end up getting chosen it is fantastic experience and allows you to present your ideas and opinions in a positive and engaging way.
With that said, a huge round of applause is due for Nafe!
When will Nafe be getting started?
Hopefully as soon as tomorrow. Nafe will now be given his new ranks but will first need to complete an induction before he gains access to his new powers. In the meantime if you have any questions or concerns about his plans be sure to spam him on Discord (Nafe#2507). The Induction takes around 5-6 hours to complete and ensures that no matter who gets accepted they will be brought up to speed to the same level as the rest of the team.
