Please give a huge congratulations to Martin on becoming our next Community Owner!

Martin has been a part of this Community for over 7 years and has worked his way through various staff team ranks, and has worked hard, contributing to servers and gaining a Server Owner role and then the Community Developer role, in which he continued to prove his skills and commitment to the community. As a Community Manager he has continued to contribute to the community in terms of both management and development, including launching countless large updates across the Pointshop servers.

Why Martin

Martin has worked very hard to achieve this rank in his time as both a Community Developer and Community Manager, including recently creating a new major feature for the next SSRP update. As part of the Community Ownership he will have access to new areas including DarkRP, APIs, web services, future new servers and more.

He has also already created a full plan and list of priorities that he wants to work on starting right away and throughout 2022. We give him our full trust in delivering on this and he has shown the skills, dedication and motivation that is needed to get the job done to a high standard.

Martin has shown consistently that he enjoys being part of ZARP and wants us to succeed and also wants to work together with the Community Team and server owners in order to deliver on his plans.

Induction

Because this promotion includes many new powers and access to new tools and services, we will be completing a full induction of the following areas so that Martin will be properly aware of his new responsibilities.

During the Community Owner induction; we will review 7 areas:
1. Your rights and powers
2. Training for additional services, tools and control panels
3. Review of our plans for 2022
4. Review of major issues
5. Review of logistical areas (Server/infrastructure/security plans and layouts)
6. Discussion of Martin's new plans
7. Additional CM team meeting if new votes are required (After the induction has concluded)
