velocity restriction

I think it's fair to give the velocity restriction a chance, if it makes new players stay it'll definitely be an improvement, albeit a bit boring for experienced players. Server isn't doing too hot so it's probably worth a try. If it helps the server you can also always decrease the restriction or remove it entirely in the future.

new max velocity is fucked up, you should have done 550/600 not 450. One map looks nice and yeah good update I hope?

Due to me being unable to get a internet connection for my computer, I will sadly have to delay the Deathrun Update to tomorrow the 19th of September until the issue has been fixed. I am terribly sorry about this delay and I hope to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.
