TOPIC: RICHARD ⭐ NEW COMMUNITY MANAGER

Congratulations to the winner of the Community Team 21/22, Richard! And a huge thank again to all those who took part and to our players whom we love and respect. If you have a moment, be sure to send a message to our new CM team member with your congrats. We wish you all the best in this new role.

We have really enjoyed running this process not only to select a new Community Manager but to give an opportunity to a wide range of candidates to put forward their ideas and changes they would like to see. Thank you to all of you.

Give a round of applause to all those who have applied this time around. We truly respect the time, effort and aptitude of each candidate. We have been impressed by the quality of both applications and interviews from so many of you.

What will the new CM be doing?

Richard will be completing his induction tomorrow evening at 5PM BST. In the meantime you can drop him a message with any questions or concerns about his new plans. The Induction takes around 5-6 hours to complete and ensures that no matter what candidate gets accepted they will be brought up to speed to the same level as the rest of the team.

Honourable Mentions

We would like to give an honourable mention to firstly CEO who was a very impressive candidate and brought us to one of the closest votes for this position in a long time. He has worked very hard on his application and in his various staff roles and projects he has been involved with. We hope to work with him on future projects. And secondly to Joshua who is one of the most dedicated members of the current ZARP staff, he has put countless hours into both his own server and helping with others recently, and also put a lot of effort into applying for this role, thank you for your hard work and we can assure you it has not gone unnoticed.






The Voting Process

The details of the process were voted through in the Community Team meeting held on Sunday 4th July 2021 and accepted by all members.

The Community Team selected the winner in a special vote meeting held on Monday 19th July at 5pm BST. Each Community Team member submitted their top candidate in the vote and the winning candidate was the one with the highest amount of votes. The meeting was held in accordance with the Meeting Rules as published under the Meeting Rules policy.
