The Surf-Tournament will be open from the 02.07.2020 to 16.07.2020.

During the Surf-Tournament you will receive Double XP on the Surf-Server.

Nyx and I, as many of you may know, really enjoy surfing and we want to give the Surf-Community something special.
That’s why we decided to host our own Surf-Tournament!
Everybody is welcome to join the Tournament and we hope you all enjoy it!

We wanted to give everyone a chance to compete in this Tournament, that’s why we decided to split it into three different “categories”.
The Tournament will consist of three “categories” or better known as tiers.

The following Tiers will be played:

Tier I

Tier III

Tier V

Each Tier will be represented by one map.
Those maps are the following:

Tier I

surf_pantheon is a Linear Tier I map.

Tier III

surf_meme is a Staged Tier III map, with 9 Stages.

----

Tier V

surf_technique is a Staged Tier V map, with 7 Stages

----

For each map, the three fastest players will be offered several prizes, mostly consisting of diamonds.

However you’re only allowed to compete on one of those three maps, so choose wisely!

The winners of each map are then qualified to compete on a final map which will be announced once the contestants are set.
This also applies for the second places of each map.
In this final 1 vs 1 vs 1 competition, the winner and second place of their class are able to increase their final price by a lot!

The Tournament will be hosted on the Surf-Server.

Once you know what map you want to compete on, you simply go on the server and play it in Tournament-Mode.

Once the Tournament is over, Nyx and I will go over each map times and get the first three places of each map.

If a player is in the first three places on more then one map, we will ask them on which map they want to compete on.
They will then be removed on the other map(s).

When we’re done collecting all the needed data, we will then “crown” the best three players of each map / tier.

Once this is done, we will open a new thread with the winners.
This thread will also include the information for the two further competitions.

To enter the Tournament, you will have to join the server and play on the map you choose to compete on in Tournament-Mode.
This run must be performed in Tournament-Mode which you can select in the F3-Menu.

Once this is done, you’re good to go!

The prizes you can earn depend on the Tier you’re competing on.
Each tier will get a percentage cut of the Price Pool, depending on their difficulty.

Everyone who enters the Tournament, will automatically be entered in a Giveaway for 1x Grinch-Skin.

All participants of the Tournament who haven’t made it to a ladder place, are automatically entered in a Giveaway, for 3x 5.000 Diamonds!

The prizes will be splitted as following:

Once the winners of this part of the Tournament have been declared, they will be able to compete in the final part of the Tournament.
The prizes in this part are as followed:

Orange Skin + 35.250	Name color** + 86.625
Second Place	Second Place
19.250	28.875

The winner can choose a color in which his name will be permanently displayed on the TAB-Menu.

1. All runs must be performed in Tournament Mode and NOT normal mode!
2. You can only enter for one of the three tiers / maps!
2.1 If you get a ladder-place on more than one map, you will have to decide on which map you want to enter.
3. It is not allowed to compete in the Tournament with multiple accounts!

All common Server-Rules are applied!

In case any of the rules above are broken or bypassed in any way, you will be disqualified from this and every future Tournament hosted by Rittsu and Nyx!
