What I dont understand is when they say they want you to play other ZARP servers to show you're ready to be unbanned on SSRP. Then stink gets denied for being banned on SSRP.

Recent actions within the community. A notable improvement will have to be seen in order for an application to be considered.

I think that him applying would be a "notable improvement." Not to mention that he has also helped out in TeamSpeak with ssrp related matters, reported bugs to me, and has been trying his best to have a great attitude on the forums. To say the least I am disappointed with this outcome, congrats to SmileToPlay however.
