Congratulations to Martin & OnionRings. The winners of the Community Team 2021! A huge thank you to all those who applied and took part in the process. Be sure to make a post or send a message to the winners with your congrats!

It has been an absolute pleasure to read through every candidates application and to hear their thoughts, criticisms and plans. And to those who took the time to complete their interview, a special thank you.

In the space of just 30 minutes we managed to learn a huge amount about how much people do care and want us to succeed. To those who didn’t get accepted we will be in touch soon as we want to listen closely to what you have to say.

To our players the biggest thank you of all. Thank you for playing ZARP and being a part of our community in 2020.

Todays announcement is just the beginning. Watch this space and whoever wins make sure to hold them to account so that they deliver on the promises they have made to you, the players of ZARP.

What next?

The Induction phase will take place during a suitable time this week for both candidates, usually Monday. In the meantime feel free to drop them a message with any questions or concerns about their new plans. The Induction takes around 3-4 hours to complete and ensures that no matter what candidates get accepted they will be brought up to speed to the same level as the rest of the team.

Runners Up

Give a round of applause to all our runners up. In particular we were impressed with the amount of effort Nafe, Joshuaisgreat and Codabro put into the campaign. Each have excelled in different areas and we appreciate the time and effort they put into applying. A reminder that it is possible for anyone to get this rank. All it takes is to excel in as many areas as possible. During their interviews many good ideas, constructive feedback and criticisms were discussed. We will be in touch this week as we would love to get your help with some of our plans moving forward.

The details of the process were voted through in the Community Team meeting held on Sunday 3rd January 2021 and accepted by all members.

The Community Team selected the winners in a special vote meeting held on Sunday 10th January 2021 at 5pm UTC. Each Community Team member submitted their top two candidates in the vote and the winning candidates were those two with the highest and second highest amount of votes. The meeting was held in accordance with the Meeting Rules as published under the Meeting Rules policy.
