Yo, when there's that many 0's you got to encourage more people to apply my dudes. Reminds me of surf where they posted it for the fun of it but didn't actually have to because the meeting got cancelled because staff were to lazy to show or no one applied or done anything in that matter. There's no way to encourage people to apply for staff on the server when it's very low pop and there would be nothing to do on it anyways, people tend to apply when the server is popping off and is fun. At least I did.
