I don't see how someone who breaks a rule as simple as RDM is seen as fit for staff in any way. They knew the rules and broke them anyway, how is that ok for a staff member?

non staff players are allowed to break up to 5-6 rules and staff can only break 1 before getting demoted

its just better than having the whole staff team getting demoted

What soviet did was clear rulebreaking, a user could not be entirely at fault yet still be warned, soviet saw maddox being shot and decided to rip his weapon or whatever it was. As coda said staff are meant to enforce rules not clearly go against them so if soviet was demoted for this it wouldn't be shocking

Staff are meant to enforce rules, not be allowed to break them

And to be fair, staff get away with breaking the rules way more than users

I thought rdming to rip suits was a bigger punishment for users
