The CM Meeting was completed tonight by the following members of staff: EMP, Chuteuk, TheXnator, Clarky, and Jim_Jam. We have been discussing emails, unbans, updates and future plans for ZARP Gaming.

Clarky's Resignation

We regret to announce that Clarky has decided to resign as Community Manager. And we would like to take this chance to thank him for all his hard work and dedication in the role. Clarky has been in various ranks within ZARP Gaming since joining half a decade ago in September 2015 and has fulfilled his role as Community Manager for over a year and a half. During his time here Clarky has seen ZARP through some of its toughest times and its best times including having seen our servers at the #1 Worldwide rank. He has handled an endless amount of Community Situations, managed multiple different servers and planned and executed a number of events, major updates and testing scenarios. He has stuck with us through every situation that was thrown at him and for that we will always be very grateful.

Thank you very much to Clarky for the hard work over his time as a Community Manager, and extending to the prior time as a staff member on the servers beforehand. We all appreciate the work, and I especially over the time where I have been a member of the Community Team working alongside Clarky with a range of situations, updates, events and much more across the community, but not on the business tour or colonist.io games, nobody will be receiving any thanks for what's happened in those games >:(

Thanks for the opportunities, I've had a lot of amazing times but it's best for me to work towards my future life as I have been really busy the past couple of months.

Cheers Chute for being a great friend for the past 5 years, it's been a pleasure working closely on the community at its peak and at its lowest, I'm glad to see how everything turned out to be in the end!

To everyone else, it wouldn't be without you guys and the immensive support I've been given throughout my time (even to those who may not like me because of staffing differences, I hope we can look by those). So once again, huge thanks everyone!

No, it wasn't staffing differences at all, it was personal grudges and issues you had between others for months and sometimes years. You were the most corrupt, disrespectful, and narcissistic staff member i've ever met in my almost 6 years on the server. I seriously want you to take a look at how you treated fellow members of the community, because I really want you to experience your corrupt and powerhungry attitude in everyone else's shoes. You disrupted the entire community with your pathetic perma bans for the smallest offenses, not to mention the constant use of HA esp by you, which continued to this day. Everyone I knew was too god damn scared to join the server because you perm for EVERYTHING, and you wonder why you're so widely hated within the community. Nice job resigning buddy, because you had absolutely no choice whatsoever. Way to try to save a reputation that's already been ruined for a good long time. Good riddance.

Well I'm sorry you experienced this from me if that's how you feel, I don't have anything against you and I didn't use HA esp but let's just not get into a stupid argument about it and leave it as that

Awww I always hate to see good people go. Thank you Clarky for all you did for the Community. I've really enjoyed working with you and all of the unique input you've given. You are truly one of the few people who has helped shaped ZARP into what it is today and I really do appreciate all you have done.I hope you pop into ts from time to time to say hi.
