TOPIC: [SSRP] Weekend Events!

The following rules apply for all events (unless the description of the event says otherwise or you are told so) and breaking one of them will result in an immediate disqualification and possibly a punishment for disrupting the event.

- No weapons!
- No special suits!
- No items!
- No drugs (e.g. Amphetamine)!
- No body-blocking!
- Sabotaging is forbidden!
- Exploiting event loopholes is forbidden!
- All SSRP rules still apply during these events!




➤ Hitman Event (6 PM GMT) - Kill the Administrator on Duty (Ezehzz) and claim the huge hit placed on them whilst avoiding killing your teammates. You are not allowed to use the QED, the Demon Suit or Nerve Gas during this event.

★ Prize: $100,000,000 and a GenCorp Case!

➤ The Death Box (6:45 PM GMT) - When teleported, you will be located in a box in the Administrator arena. And as soon as the beginning is announced, the roof of the box will start to open up and a plate prop containing Half-Life turrets will slowly descend and open fire. The last person in the box is the winner, simple as that.

★ Prize: Legendary Case!

➤ Rollermine Chaos (7 PM GMT) - An event similar to "The Death Box", but instead of Turrets dropping down into the box and opening fire, Half-Life 2 Rollermines will be dropped into a well-designed facility and the last remaining person in it is the winner!

★ Prize: Summer Box!

➤ Simon Says (7:20 PM GMT) - One player takes the role of "Simon" and issues instructions to the other players, which should be followed only when prefaced with the phrase "Simon says". Players are eliminated from the game murdered by either following instructions that are not immediately preceded by the phrase, or by failing to follow an instruction which does include the phrase "Simon says".

★ Prize: Santa Box!





➤ Parkour Event (6 PM GMT) - Get past all the obstacles and reach the end/finish first!

★ Prize: Skull Case!

➤ Wipeout Event (8:30 PM GMT) - Simply put: Don't get hit by the prop coming your way. The last person standing is the winner!

★ Prize: Hell Case!

➤ Building Competition (9 PM GMT) - We have constructed 20 small boxes where each participant will be building whatever we assign them. There will be 3 judges (staff members) who will, after each round, determine the best built "contraption". The length of each round will depend on the difficulty of the assigned building. There should be a maximum of 10 rounds. The person with the most points, wins!

★ Prize: Controllable Turret + Ion Beam!

The prizes for this evening's events have been updated accordingly.

Unfortunately, due to reasons I can't fully explain nor understand, my Garry's Mod is failing to start up properly. Every time I press play on Steam, Garry's Mod starts, and when it loads up and displays the Menu, it instantly crashes. I used to have this issue in the past and it got resolved by itself. Due to this reason, I will, unfortunately, not be able to host the events this evening, hence why they will be rescheduled for next Saturday.
