GEM & DESIGNER SUIT ROLLBACK

As a result of an issue last night involving the Coin Drop game we have decided to rollback Gems and Designer Suits to their previous state on 28th December at 2.00am GMT. This was due to an old version of the Coin Drop game being uploaded to the server.

WHAT IS BEING ROLLED BACK?

Don't worry Only Gems and Designer Suits are being rolled back. No other items are affected by this change. Only gems and Designer Suits will be reverted back to their previous state on 28th December

WHAT ABOUT MY BOOSTER PACKS?

Don't worry no Booster Packs or VIP purchases will be rolled back. If you claimed Booster Packs between 28th December 2.00am GMT and 29th December 15.30 you will be refunded your Gems. Please contact a member of staff. We apologize for this issue and as a goodwill gesture we will also be giving you a free case.

I BOUGHT GEMS YESTERDAY

If you bought gems yesterday off another player, you will be eligible for a refund. Please contact a member of the CM team or post a refund request and we will be able to refund you from our extensive logs.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO FIX THIS

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but we have already identified the root cause and we will be updating our processes and policies to avoid this occurring again in the future. The CM team will be meeting tonight to discuss this issue in more detail.
