Report Abuse/Appeals Sub-Sections

Some new Accepted, Denied and Archive sub-sections are now available for the Report Abuse and Appeals sections. We're hoping to incorporate cleaning up these sections into our forum meetings and also generate monthly stats such as no. of appeals accepted/denied etc.
