Report Abuse/Ban Appeal Section Changes

Some changes are going to be made to the Report Abuse/Ban Appeal sections on our forums over the course of next week. These changes will allow us to generate statistics in the forum meeting every month while also giving forum staff a new job to do! Don't worry, we will keep you in the loop about these changes and how they affect you.
