If the meetings aren't happening why not clear it from the schedule and find another way to handle apps and lead team matters for the specific server? I mean it's not like surf is the kind of server that really requires much staffing in the first place. Currently it seems as if the meeting is a waste of time for everyone involved. Should just merge the bhop and surf meetings into one as they are basically the same meeting, infact. Make it so if you are staff on one you are staff on the other, regardless of if you like the gamemode or not. Most people who surf, bhop anyway and vice versa.

That's the exact point I'm making, it's been a topic of discussion several times but it never got done even though it makes sense. If my memory serves me right we discussed it during the CM meeting at some point.
