There will be a Pointshop Meeting at 6:30PM GMT+0 on Sunday, 16^thof December 2018. Right after the Server Owners meeting, we would like to invite all Server Owners to attend this meeting to help suggest ideas and brand new items towards our Pointshop Servers.

To the Community, we are asking you guys to suggest your favourite taunts, hats, playermodels, anything you may find on the workshop that complies with our Terms of Use!

As well as suggesting items, we are also asking you guys for general suggestion to help us improve our Pointshop functionality and diversity for what it can be used for, feel free to leave your suggestions here too and be prepared for our upcoming Christmas Update!

I'll have some playermodel and taunt suggestions once I'm home and can link them but for now here's some pointshop ideas

1. Have all skins sellable, some are and some aren't (or have non sellable, see .5)

2. Add skins of higher worth than like 30k

3. literal "skins" like picture the spooky skeleton kinda deal, you could add a colour/effect over your favourite skins (not a trail)

4. Make perks within the 100-500 points range, having them at the cost they are now is ridiculous honestly, for 1 round its not worth burning like 10 good rounds worth of killing inno's as T

[Longshot] 5. Add a market to sell your skins, like a flea market where you can search what skin you want and you could see who's selling it and for what price, as AFAIK pointshop "shops" never actually get used

6. Don't try to market skins as "trophies" like I've heard some lead team do or some people suggest, almost everyone uses them as customisation, everyone I've asked as said that they choose what one they like, so keep that in mind when designing prices and adding new things

Pointshop Economy
The pointshop economy is something way different to what ZARP is used to. There are not many "rare" items and that means that the money that people are getting is pretty much useless and the pointshop is easy to just play one week and get everything in it. I think we need something that means that items are dynamically generated on the server meaning that you can have different stats on an item. For example, you buy a top hat. This top hat has nothing special with it however when you upgrade the item it has a chance to generate a random trait/effect. This is something that I have been experimenting on my test server and here is something that it would look like

This would allow people to get incredibly rare items with insane combinations to allow for some trading to happen on the servers and try and get people trying to buy these items off people.

I like that idea, the only thing I'd add to it is make sure if yellow is unlockable on the afro, make sure yellow is unlockable on everything else too kinda deal.

I think that would have a good effect on personalisation and players who see them as trophies, while benefiting the pointshop market also
