Important reminder to all staff:

We as a Lead Team have recently been made aware of a problem in which many Moderators and Administrators have been punishing users for ghosting without sufficient evidence, based upon assumptions. For any punishment, it is important that you have conclusive evidence before issuing anything. The only way that a Moderator or Administrator is able to get definitive proof of ghosting is if the user has admitted to ghosting or you have proof of the chats.
If you believe someone is ghosting, please contact a Lead Team member and we can handle the situation appropriately until we add a system to allow Moderators and Administrators to gather definitive proof.
