The primary reason why we did wait this long is because we wanted to confront him about it beforehand. We failed in that regard.

Me and Tyler were great friends over the past year, and I greatly appreciate all his work and effort. I can't speak for the rest of the CM team, but for me this was an extremely difficult decision to make. I wish him the best of luck with whatever he will do in the future. Whatever it is he wants to do, I know for a fact he'll do great.

they didn't even bother to clarify the rule and not even the cultures differences, they let the staff members enforce it as they please

Tyler has spent hours upon hours helping Chute and Emp sort the hacking situation out way back when para was still CM and this is what he gets ? You dedicate your time and put all your effort in to the stuff and you get demoted. I can tell you right now Tyler’s not the only person who’s done that shit before and it’s never been a issue. Bullshit bullshit bullshit!

Calling peoples schools, jobs? Leaving DB info to the public eye ? I got chatlogs that say it’s all happened but none of that must of been a big deal before because people appreciated the work they was doing guess that’s not the case anymore.

Tyler was a good and potentially one of the best Community Managers we have had. His hard work and dedication will not be forgotten. He may have been weird towards people but he never meant anything bad. Looking at his new 0 tolerance policy to opening LT apps to making them permanently open, Tyler has served ZARP with the utmost dedication and I thank him for it. Too bad it had to go this way.

When i saw the title.... I died... One of the best staff members, gone.. I cannot believe this honestly.. - Tyler was one of the best, ever. I'd like to thank him for everything he has done.
