In the community team meeting this week we have discussed many topics such as; suggestions, ban appeals & policy changes. This week we have done the following:
Community Bans Lifted
In the community team meeting we have reviewed the bans of several people and decided to unban two people who have each been banned for a long period of time and have put great amounts of effort in their appeals so we have decided to give the following people another chance within the ZARP community:
Austrian
JoshuaHarry
Community Bans Placed
Throughout this week we have decided to place two community bans. These bans were placed on specific individuals for showing awful behavior within our community. Remember all community bans that are placed are permanent and can only be appealed through the community team meeting.
Morgan
Morgan was community banned as a result of sending highly inappropriate messages to another Community members family members without their permission.
Getzco
Getzco was community banned as a result of one of the most serious offenses committed recently. Attempting to frame a server owner for leaking files is unacceptable especially when given multiple chances to state the true facts to various Community Team members when asked. Getzco was Community Banned by a unanimous vote of the Community Team.
Forum Bans Lifted
Also, in this weeks community team meeting we have reviewed contact emails sent to us appealing forum bans. Many banned users have spent time and effort in appealing their forum bans and improving themselves these individuals went the extra mile to get unbanned. We hope that everyone unbanned has turned a corner and will follow the ZARP TOU. The following people have been unbanned;
Nutzu
Tadgee
Eleven
Snake_
Fuzzy
Ian Carter
John is pleb
BunnySlippers
Jonsey

These individuals have put in fast amount of work for their specific servers and we hope that they continue this trend. Hopefully the servers will be propelled to new heights of popularity with consistent and effective management. So a big congratulations to the following people;
DEADMONSTOR - Surf
DEADMONSTOR - Deathrun
Latram - BHOP
Aek177 - TTT
Bezzy - TTT
New Server Owner Meeting
We have decided to implement a new meeting that will be held before the community team meeting every week. Our aim for this meeting is to help and support server owners, guiding their servers to new heights of popularity. In this meeting each week we aim to discuss the following major points;
Review of the servers gametracker ranks and performance
Plans for upcoming updates
Review of short term and long term plans
Team discussion about the PointShop
Help with trouble managing servers (e.g. uploading maps, basic LUA edits and bug fixes)
Opportunity to raise concerns about the staff teams, CM team or other issues
We hope that the implementation of this meeting will increase the transparency between the community team and our server owners. If you have any questions about this meeting please feel free to comment below.

Changes to the Meeting Times
As of the week beginning
04/06/2018 there will be changes to the current meeting times. We aim to improve the meeting experience by shortening the gaps between meetings making the overall experience much more fluid. On top of this we have moved the community team meeting to an earlier time slot, ensuring that the community team meeting occurs every week without fail. Also, we have edited the meeting rules allowing the community team meeting to be ran concurrently with any other meeting.

Changes to SSRP Suggestions
Many people across the community have not been content with how SSRP suggestions have been handled by the community team and we have noticed this. In direct response we have decided to change how SSRP suggestions are handled each week. Firstly, SSRP suggestions will no longer be reviewed in the community team meeting instead they will be reviewed in the weekly SSRP meeting. Secondly, two suggestions will be voted on each week by the SSRP lead team members, these two suggestions will be determined by a voting system on the OneNote. In this system lead team members can vote for two suggestions each week to be reviewed in the SSRP meeting. Community team members reserve the right to veto any of these suggestions at their discretion. Thirdly, two SSRP suggestions will be responded to each week with a verdict.
Murder Server Replaced by Jailbreak.
The community decides votes allowed the newest community manger to implement one server, by replacing the Murder Server. The Murder Server has been shutdown as of 03/06/2018 and has been replaced with a Jailbreak server. It has been shown that the Jailbreak game mode has immense support in the community indicating we will have a new extremely popular server. The Jailbreak server has not been launched yet so be on the lookout for an announcement post coming sometime this week!
Community Manager Induction
ZARP's newest community manager has been officially trained and introduced to the community team's procedures and policies. Chute & Captin spent 9+ hours getting Raeker up to speed with our existing plans for the community and listening to his new ideas and suggestions. We would like to say that some very exciting content has been planned and the community team has listened to Raeker's concerns and acted upon them. We believe Raeker is sufficiently prepared to deal with the challenges he faces and will do an amazing job leading the community forward.
As mentioned before if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to post them below on this topic!
