In the community team meeting this week we have discussed the following topics community ban appeals, policy changes and changes to the community as a whole. This week we have done the following:
Community Bans Lifted
In the community team meeting we have reviewed the bans of several people and decided to unban 3 people who have each been banned for a long period of time and have put great amounts of effort in their appeals so we have decided to give the follow people another chance within the ZARP community:

Policy Changes
We have updated and added numerous policies this week. We have changed / added the following policies.
Server Owners Promotion Policy
This policy outlines the process by which a server owner can be promoted into their position and who is eligible to vote on the promotion of Server Owners.
Posted Applications Policy
This policy outlines what should happen to applications posted on the forums, and what rights users and staff members have in regards to applications.
Demotions
We have made numerous changes to the demotions policies we have merged all existing policies related to demotions into to one policy. We have also added a new clause to the demotions concerning global ranks.
Initial Staff Selection Policy
This policy outlines the process by which initial staff can be selected for a new Server Launch. This process can only happen once for new servers and cannot be used again. After the initial staff selection has taken place, new staff can then only be decided in weekly server meetings operated under the Meeting Rules.
