Staff Ethos explains how staff should act and how they should be nice and not toxic and such. but what about outside the game?
i noticed this when i played rust with someone from Zarp. and i felt like i was getting toxic, and i was cussing. and i was mad. then i thought to myself, do i have to be nice outside the game?
generally im a toxic person, but on TTT i control it and im nice to everyone.

will you guys be mad at me for having a bad record, having NSFW steam profile, and other stuff like this. or is the staff ethos only required on the server.

Outside of the Community, feel free to disrespect them on Rust. Only if it pertains to ZARP, like if you're talking about zarp with them over steam, or the context is within the community, etc.

When it comes to your steam profile, if you're a player, it's fine - however as a staff, you're representing the community and we expect you to not have discrimative, racist, etc. text, symbols, etc. on your profile.
