So, recently there have been a lot of reports about people losing their ranks or progress on TTT. This thread will serve as a place for you to report issues such as these in order for you to hopefully have your rank returned to you on the server. For now there is a fix in place that should hopefully prevent further loss of data on the servers in the future.

Date of Issue: 22, 23 and 24 December 2017 Description of your issue: Well, where do I begin. A good place to start would be with this thread.
This will probably just repeat what has already been said in that thread, but for the sake of integrity of this thread I will just write everything again.
On the 22nd I joined your TTT server for the first time ever. I love it by the way. I played for a few hours and connected a few snowballs, I played some slots, won some points and bought some player-models and vanity. Then I disconnected for the first time. Because I thought it was safe. But alas, upon rejoining all my items were gone. My inventory was wiped clean and my points had been reset to zero. I lost a Hatsune Miku player-mode, the "Cat in the Hat" hat, Running in the 90s taunt, Jellybeans taunt, Trevor player-model and around 100k points or so. But this was the first time so I have absolutely no evidence of that, which is sad.
I reported this issue to BDNico, and although he tried his best the problem never went anywhere, which is why I am making this post. +1 to BDNico for effort though. Appreciate it. I got a bit smarter and decided that this time I will take screenshots with time stamps to show the issue. I grabbed some evidence as the problem persisted. I still played a bit, rolled some slots and got me a Skeleton player-model and a Lego hat. But when I lost those I had again, no evidence. Not an issue as it wasn't that expensive.
Third time, logged in, played slots, got 100k points. I screenshotted my winning in the slots as evidence, but as sad as it is I understand that it could be faked. But I do have the screenshot as proof.
Fourth and last time, before deciding that recording it properly and making a forum post is probably the best way to go. I played for a good few hours, rolled a good few slots and amassed a nice little inventory. I recorded myself disconnecting and reconnecting before I left, again, as can be seen in this thread. I had the Jack Skellington player-model, Franklin player-model, Running in the 90s taunt, Ciri player-model, Skeleton player-model, Horse mask, Darth Vader taunt and 5275 points.
This issue is happening to a lot of people, and I have no idea why nobody is talking more about this. I lost a lot of stuff and I am not sure how much can be refunded. I have video proof of some items being lost, screenshots of others. I would appreciate being informed of how much I can be refunded etc.
My only issue is, a refund is one thing. But. What says that my refunded items will not just dissapear. How are we going to fix this? I appreciate all your support, thank you for your time.

Ah okay that makes perfect sense, the Community Team also has a life. I forgot that lmao. I will keep an eye out, appreciate the feedback.
