I am fully aware that lately, my activity has not been in "The Green Zone" as LineLiar calls it but I was not contacted about this concern. I was not asked if there was a good reason I wasn't very active lately and I wasn't asked to improve my activity. I haven't been contacted with a reason as to why I was demoted but the only reason I can think of is because of activity. I've been with ZARP since January, registering in February, becoming a mod in February and an admin in April. After such an amount of time and 300+ hours on the server, I'd have thought that if anyone had any concerns about my performance, they'd speak to me about it and we'd move on from there. I've attended 95% of the meetings I could have and nobody even casually mentioned any concerns. This is not an appeal, I'm just disappointed with the lack of communication. ~
TL:DR - I've been stripped of all powers, nobody spoke to me about any concerns and nobody gave me a reason for my demotion. |

How could we? If you remove and block most of the lead team for no apparent reason. Also your activity was not the only reason for your demote. Your bad behaviour was a second factor in there.

I haven't blocked anyone. I removed Tom as we were no longer friends and I removed Blocked as I never spoke to him.
Can you explain to me what I did that could be seen as bad behavior? |

Blocked: Yes Blocked: first the constant call outs and attacks on some of the lead team members including myself Blocked: you constantly call me a hypocrite for no reason Blocked: I'm someone whos with really thick skin but the fact that you called me out on it many times really started to piss me off Blocked: you obviously show your disliking of the lead team FireVulpes: I called you a hipocrit twice because you spoke to me recently about 'trolling during the meeting' when I changed my Teamspeak name and got banned. You asked me if I could stop trolling during the meeting. I politely complied and didn't change my name again. A week later, you and Tom both change your name, doing the exact same thing I did. It's hard to contact you if you remove us all from steam, and the only contact point between you and the lead team, Jerry, drops out of the meeting due to connection issues (which you know since you were there). As a long-time staffmember you should also know that we don't make demotion reasons public, and you can always ask a lead team member what the demote reason was. Maybe you should've tried adding us and doing that instead of making a fool out of yourself on the forums. |

you get demoted done, there has been made an conclusion and they told you the reasons, if tom says demote, it isnt instant demote, cause blocked and tom arent the only lead team members you know

Like I said, this is not an appeal. After working alongside you all for so long, I just wanted to make the rest of the staff aware of why I was demoted. Tom has a problem with me and that's apparently all it takes. I won't say anything else on the matter.
I had some great times with you guys and it's sad that it has to end like this. I may still drop in to the server from time to time. ~ |

A staff member removes most of the staff team and then he is surprised when he is demoted with out anyone talking to him. Nobody forced you to remove them, you made that choice your self and you have to live with the consequences of your choices. I'm sure if you are willing to fix your aduitude and improve your game time you would be happily welcome back to the staff team. |
