TOPIC: Get your staff round the clock.

It's unbelievably hilarious when a server claims to be online 24/7 despite having its staff only be around from like 11-am till 10-pm.
Like for gods sake, you have more than 15 staff members for 1 server yet ive been playing for around 4 hours without seeing a single one! The amount of cheaters n RDMing that's going on is frustrating when you guys could clearly set times for staff to be on or hire ones within different time-zones.

Wow... I apologise that we're not robots, We do have to sleep too, If there's so many cheaters and RDMers instead of making an absolutely ridiculous post just report them so they can be dealt with, It's a goal to achieve staff members who are in such timezone that allows them to be online 10pm - 11am unfortunately we don't quite have that but I'm also aware that most of the players are offline by about 3am so those staff members would be left rather obsolete after that time.

Also the server claims to be Minecraft 24/7 not online 24/7, which is true, The map never changes only the player count does because unfortunately most of the server is based in the UK and Europe.

Another thing, There is no set times for staff to be online, This isn't a workplace we don't run shifts, When a player applies for staff they're doing so voluntarily and in their own time.

Staff members aren't always on since we have lives outside of Zarp. Most staff members have school or work and should not be expected to come on during these times. If you have an issue with a play on zarp then call staff on our discord server or make a player report on the forums

Im sorry, our staff are not gfuel snorters who sit down and play only ttt for 96 hours at a time. We need sleep too!

Sorry for the inconvenience. The TTT staff are currently working reduced hours due to COVID 19. Due to government restrictions we are unable hire more staff at the moment. We await for the staff to come back from their furlough. So you'll simply have to get over it.

Sure, the server is online 24/7 and staff do their best to regulate it the best they can whilst they are there. If they are not, just record whoever is breaking the rules and file a report using the template and instructions provided - here. Or, if you are so eager to punish some rulebreaking scum, then refer to the ZARP Discord and see if there are any TTT staff online, and then proceed to message them.

It's not mandatory for staff to wank in front of their PC 24 hours a week playing TTT, and being anti-social knobs just so some random guy doesn't break rules. There are staff from the other side of the world, and not just from Europe. with completely different time zones - And even if it does happen that they too are offline at the time, they are probably busy with life and important stuff.

You can:
File a report.
Contact staff via Steam/Discord/TeamSpeak (ts.zarpgaming.com)/Forums.
Wait patiently for staff to come online.
And a million other things.

If you are so unsatisfied with the staff not being mindless and lifeless slaves, entwined to the TTT server, then feel free to seek other TTT servers, but you ain't gonna find such staff there either. Happy new year.

24/7 minecraft means the map is ttt_minecraft_b5, not that we have staff online 24/7. We do have 100% uptime, so the server is up 24/7, and if you experience any rulebreakers in times when there are no staff on, you are free to make a post requesting staff and/or make a report against the users here: zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-abuse
