TOPIC: Punished while AFK

I've constantly been reported by a certain player.. I thought all the reports were going to the bin as they were rubbish attempts, but while I was afk a mod opened a chat and punished me for not responding, even though I was clearly AFK. Is this procedure, or should I report them? The report and reply were clear though, there was nothing extra to add..

I did, I just wanted to know if you can punish reported players for being AFK.
