TOPIC: Debate on whether Nether tester is non-punishable

Hello there, I am Xenonphage current player of TTT and right now i would like to make a debate on wheather nether tester is completely fine or punishable

Nether tester
The nether tester is when a individual has check inside of nether and no one was there and then if someone that was already in the server pops out that means they are a T, with the exception on Teleporters (but non detectives have to call in chat first)
please i would like to hear the admins opinions on this strategy and whether its non-punishable

This method is perfectly fine if done correctly. Now if it's not done correctly there will be rdms on innocents.

It's just a scummy way to play.

yeah but today me and 2 other admins chatted about this its about 50/50 so i need more opinions on this so people can use it

Because I am big brain the only possible way for an innocent to come out of nether when trapped is that they use a teleporter that they have said in chat, meaning doing this way is basically kos on sus since there is still away of possibility. I used to do this until I had that idea.

If you're doing it the correct way it is okay as you cannot kill someone without having a valid reason.

As other people have said, it is fine if done correctly. It's just using common sense.
