TOPIC: Nay and Matt are not doing a good job.

Nay and Matt gagged me and banned me respectively after a friend of Nay claimed that I harassed her. After I was told that I was talking disrespectfully to her, she said she had muted me. I was talking about the situation with another guy because I felt unjustified by the Mods and Admins available and Nay told me to stop talking about it.. (In the meantime I was being harassed by 2 other guys whose names were Jewce and Doddo but Nay and Matt didnt take it into account because "Im not their friend" and "Im trying to stop everyone else from having a good time".) Also the convo with the girl I was "harassing" went something like this: " -Hey are you a boy or a girl? -Im a twelve year old boy -Well you dont sound like it... -Well I am a twelve year old boy either way. (She isnt). - WOW boyz we have a girl gamer in the gaaaaameeeee..." The debate about her being a boy or a girl kept going for 2 or 3 voice messages until Jewce or Doddo said to stop harassing her and told me to "Shut the fuck up". After I saw the message I said: "Moe Lester ( a guy in the game) you should change your name cause I seem to be the guy molesting people in here (I was being sarcastic)." After being told to stop talking about the situation and me not listening to them because I had the right to do so, while not mic-spamming, Nay told me to stop talking behind the back of his friend (BlondeInChina) and I said that I wasnt. I was just talking about the situation and since she has mutted me then she doesnt have anything to add to the convo. Nay continued to talk to me until the other guy left so I engaged into a convo with Nay. I asked him If I was talking to Nay the Moderator if I was talking to Nay the friend of BlondeInChina. He said both, which was wrong because he was talking to me like a friend of her while abusing his powers as a Moderator. After I realized BlondeInChina didnt actually mute me bacause as a detective she asked me to get into the tester and reponded to my messages, I tried to respond to her with some extra love by saying tha I loved her and I was sorry for harassing her after the end of every sentence. That got me gagged without any warning by Nay and after I reported him for wrongly gagging me, Matt took over my situation, didnt do anything about it and reported me with the message " I need to talk to you". I responded " Me too". He went on about how he was gonna ban me for two days and said I harassed the girl without giving me an explanation and falsly quoting me. I gave him the right to talk to me using "disrespectful" words if that made him more honest, because thats what I was looking for, honesty and not 2 grown up adults acting like the own the place because they have the label of Moderator and Admin. He didn't do so and he told me that he would ban me for 2 days because I had too many warnings in the last 2 days ( 6 warnings which came by honest mistakes because I started playing GMOD after 2 years again and this was the only server I played in for the last 2 days.) In other words he was looking for a reason to ban me because he couldnt based on the "harassment" he claimed I was doing. I dont have a screenshot of the conversation or anything but Im trying to do the best I can by reporting two guy who cant seem to divert their social life and their "job" or whatever the fuck this is as a Mod or Admin. Also I wanna say that if Nay and Matt are reaing this, I don't have any problem with them. I just think they didnt do a good job. I have a problem with Jewce and Doddo (and maybe BlondeInChina who didnt want to have a convo with me about the situation after I told her I wanted to talk about it) who were absolute dicks about it. Nah nevermind Nay and Matt were dicks about it too.

Extra info: This happened at around 3:00 am +2 UTC (GREEK TIME) at 25/5/2020 at the the Minecraft 24/7 TTT server.I want a super admin other than Matt reviewing the situation and getting both of our stories before making a decision.

We gave you so many chances to stop and you carried on time after time

Most likely without following the template this will be denied and even if you do follow the template then this will most likely be denied due to lack of evidence unless you can provide some.
In future try to gather as much evidence as you can ,proving your side of the story

I was present when you come on the server drunk. You were bragging in chat and voice chat that you were drinking vodka, a lot. BlondeInChina (I think her name was) was just playing TTT like she does every day since I have came back and you started harassing her. You were asking her do sexual things and annoying her, everyone on the server was telling you to stop because she clearly did not like it. She and everyone else kept asking you to stop and you didn't.

I wasnt on the server when you were banned or even warned so I dont know what else happened, but what you were like when I was on, you deserve what you got. And you clearly didn't stop because of this post. If this is an appeal or report abuse OnionRings has provided the templates.

honestly this isnt a minor felony, this should be permanently ban'able' i dont understand how can you possibly have such a cocky behaviour on a gmod server bitch. Be thankful i wasnt the staff at the moment. Fucking nonce hoe. Causing trauma to people.. makes me sick .
