Firstly, you will need to use the template if you would like action taken. Also, from what I can see there was a second body there, that you didn't identify. You picked up the first one and then walked away from the second one. If you look at the top left of the screen, it shows that after killing you, he identified someone else's body, so I'm fairly sure there was a second unidentified body.

Anyway here is the template.

This seems like an invalid kill but I don't know what happened before hand. It couldn't have been for not IDing the detective as you did ID him. Not a report, it's on general discussion for discussion. Also, other body was identified. Didn't find a way to prove it but after dying I went to spectate, and it was.

There is two bodies both of which were unidentified you can see Yikes identified one and the other player(Kronen) identify the other after the death and identification of Yikes.
