Just out of curiosity, do staff members go threw a training Bootcamp and learn how to be a mod? to me, it sounds complicated the amplification and further behavior of staff here at Zarp.

essentially yes, a lead team member (super admin+) or admin under supervision of a head admin will train you asap after you are accepted

All staff are trained by a LT member after they are accepted.

No, you apply for moderator and will be trained by a lead team member this will take place after the meeting of TTT or any other server meeting. you will get explained every command and how to behave on the server and forums. This can take up to 10-30min depending how well you know the command interface
