Hi s1ilent,

Have you rejoined the server since you purchased VIP, and are you actually able to access the title store or are you having issues when attempting to purchase the title itself?

In order to access the store, if this is the issue, you'll need to type !titlestore into chat

If I do !titlestore it says I need to buy the custom title and I can't select it. When I bought vip I thought I got access to the custom title. If I'm wrong and I need to pay for it with the in-game currency please let me know.
