I don't quite know where to post this but I'll just do it here.

I came back on the servers yesterday and had all two of my skins (Two halloween skins).
Today I connect and they're both gone. My taunts and accessories are still here though.
So I buy a new skin and equip it. It stays during the whole session and then I disconnect.

Then when I come back like minutes ago it was gone. And now I'm back with zero skins and half of my points gone because I bought the skin.

I think it happened to someone else too. Is this normal?

Loads of people also complain about this being an issue but not one of them have any proof of it happening meaning we don't know why this happens for how to fix it.
(By "we" I mean Xnator.)

You'll need proof of you having the items and losing them for you to get a refund, otherwise nothing can be done.

I'm happy to give you a refund of points, I don't have the skins you lost though, mine too went poof.

Well... I'm very sad because I got those skins a while back with the kind of "wheel of fortune" system.
I had the Spooky skeleton skin which I was very proud of and the Halloween Zach one.
The one I bought this morning was the TDR Neru one. Lost it today.
I don't know what proof I can provide, the only thing I have is my word.
I still have my "Halloween", "This is Halloween" and "Ghostbusters" taunts, if that counts as a proof. Probably doesn't be heh.
