You have been banned multiple times in the past and continued to come back time and time again and not follow the rules, this is most likely why you were permanently banned. Oh and if you want to be unbanned this is the template:

Like I told you: you were banned on 11th of August by Kurze, permanently, for having too many recent punishments, beeing banned multiple times before and still not improving on your behaviour.

Today you played on the server even tho you weren't supposed to, probably some error in the databank, I don't know.

Anyway you weren't supposed to play in the first place which is why Nick re-banned you.

If you wish to be unbanned you may appeal in the appeals section and use the template Miia provided for you.

You were permanently banned in the past. There was a bug and you were allowed to join the server for some reason without anyone unbanning you.
