TOPIC: How? @nina

So I saw something earlier today and I was quite confused. I want to know how exactly nina got up there in the first place and why you had to be tp'ed down? surely if you had to be tp'ed down, you tp'ed up? I can't work out how you could get up there because when you go through that portal it launches you out very fast, and it would be extremely hard to get there with the discombobulator. Explain

My guess would be an extremely lucky rocket jump but i have never seen that before and i doubt it could be done. Im assuming Nepgear tp'ed them down thinking that they prop abused or tp'ed up there. They might have been caught in the portal trap and as they were falling recombobed over there idk.
