Like I explained in a topic before: one fix is to edit the map and lower the lava entity so that it doesnt have an effect on playermodels with a larger hitbox which stick through the ground.

Unfortunatly its nearly impossible to edit the map without the original map files so you'd have to rebuild the current map I guess but that would be much time and effort to fix this bug.

Fixing the PM hitbox is hard as well as you have to have the original files from it as well if you want to do it properly. But that approach would be more possible than fixing the map.
